Engineered for your application
Rapid-freezing rooms that take product from chill to core -18°C in hours, locking in texture, color, and nutrition for meat, seafood, and prepared foods.
Fast core freezing
High-capacity evaporators and forced air circulation freeze product cores quickly, minimizing ice crystal damage and drip loss.
Trolley & rack systems
Batch trolleys, wire racks, and spiral options sized to your daily throughput — designed with your production flow in mind.
Heavy-duty construction
150–200 mm panels and reinforced floors stand up to -40°C operation and daily wash-down cycles.
IQF-ready designs
For high-volume operations, we integrate IQF tunnels and spiral freezers into the same engineered package.

Frequently Asked Questions
How fast does a blast freezer freeze product? +
Core temperature reaches -18°C in roughly 4–12 hours depending on product density, size, and initial temperature. We size the system to your target freeze time.
What is the difference between blast freezing and IQF? +
Blast freezing freezes product in batches (trays, trolleys, or racks). IQF freezes individual pieces on a conveyor. We can combine both in one facility.
Can a blast freezer also be used for regular freezing? +
Yes — blast freezers can operate as standard freezers when volume is low, though energy consumption is higher per cubic meter.
What capacity blast freezers do you build? +
From small 200 kg batch units to 20-ton-per-day rooms with integrated loading systems.
